Residents of Holden Beach Landing are afforded a unique and
enviable exposure to the world of rest and relaxation. Large
amounts of open space – including an expansive lawn for outdoor
activities and a children’s “tot lot” – make play nearly impossible to
resist. Take a dip in one of three (indoor and outdoor) pools on the
property. Park a chaise lounge along the beach bordering a six-
acre lake. Or get some exercise in the fitness center or on the walk-
ing trails winding throughout the grounds. For dog-lovers: a park
just for canine fun. For beach-lovers: a courtesy shuttle that chauffeurs
residents to and from the glorious Atlantic Ocean beach
just 2.5 miles away. And for those with nautical tend-
encies: onsite boat storage, multiple day docks, and
private boat access on the Intracoastal Waterway.

But it doesn't always have to be fun and games. Holden
Beach Landing is also a place to be productive. With
Internet access, fax machines, copiers and ample
meeting space, our on-property business center provides
a quiet place to work with all the resources of an office.
