Holden Beach Landing is being developed by Holden Beach Landing, LLC., which is a joint venture between Gary Buck Building Company, Inc. and George A.(Tripp) Sloane III and Debbie Sloane Smith, owners of Sloane Realty, Inc. d/b/a Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty.

Gary Buck Building Company, Inc.

Gary Buck Building Company, Inc. with its corporate headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC, is owned and operated by builder-developer and CEO Gary Buck. Gary has been active in the construction business all of his adult life. In fact, Gary became the youngest President of the Chapel Hill Home Builders Association at the age of 26, and still has the distinction of being the youngest President of any Home Builders Association in North Carolina.

Gary Buck Building Company, Inc has built hundreds of beautiful custom homes and neighborhoods in the Chapel Hill area, including the prestigious Governor’s Club. His focus has always been on his client’s vision, and over the years has become life long friends with many former clients.

The Buck family plans to spend the majority of their time in their Holden Beach home. And Gary will be personally involved in all phases of the new community.

Tripp Sloane and Debbie Sloane-Smith

Tripp Sloane and Debbie Sloane Smith are co-owners in Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty. Sloane Realty prides itself in being a third generation business that has been the leader in the real estate market in the South Brunswick Islands for over 50 years.

The company was started by George A Sloane II and wife Willa Rae Sloane in 1955, after becoming the first full time residents on Ocean Isle Beach. Shortly after moving, they opened an oceanfront hotel where they lived, and began operating a real estate office out of the hotel.

The family has been instrumental in the real estate and hospitality industries in South Brunswick County for all of these years. Both Tripp and Debbie have been actively involved in protecting the quality of development in the area. They wish to continue that quality development and construction now.
